I fully agree with all Shane reviewers. The success of the home purchase was a dedicated team and Shane was an important part of the team! Shane was introduced by a real estate agent, and he got to know Shane and wished he had bought a previous house.
Going to the new house is mainly because the seller's lawyer and his/her agent are not responsive during the legal examination period. Shane is good at follow-up and prioritizes customer attention. He was persistent and continued to reach the seller's team. After all, I felt as if I had finished considering the lawyer in the last table.
He was able to clearly and simply explain all the documents that were created in this process and address questions and problems. Shane was very patient (there were many questions)! Thanks to Shane, the store closed smoothly.
I strongly recommend Shane and will use him again.

We used Shane as a lawyer during our recent home purchase. Shane was greatly helped during the repair pull-out negotiations. He explained his financial statements thoroughly and was relieved of the purchase. Throughout the process, Shane responded quickly to the seller's lawyer.

When I worked with Shane in a recent apartment sale, he and his team were great. He was recommended by my real estate agent, mainly because he had no time or labor to do "shopping" or research on his own, so I just went with him. I was worried. Because I didn't know what to get, nor even looked up at him first, but everything was going well. I don't know if his price is comparable to others (and I didn't do the survey), but whatever the difference was, it was worth it. Everything was very smooth, communication was great, response time was great, professional and very rich in personality. I will definitely use him in the future!

My experience has fallen from beginning to end. Shane, as my first buyer at home, received a painful experience and showed it very easily. He took a step at me and, while reviewing the lawyer, he would not shut his eyes when the wicked seller fainted. And when I finally met him, he seemed a great man (and he lived up to my expectations). He was so nice that he closed the shop in 45 minutes, but somehow I understood the legal terms of the nervous condition of being tired and unable to sleep.
It's a pity that I won't move again. Otherwise, Shane is encouraged again.

I completely shut Shane and the house. He hastened to my loan officer to cover their deficiencies. He kept telling me the information and had a wonderful discussion on my behalf. His rate was very reasonable. I will definitely work with Shane again (but I hope that at least for a while not on the market).
