This was my first shopping experience in Chicago and I didn't need a lawyer. Of course, when I buy a house, there are a lot of specific details, but unfortunately, the escrow company seems to have done a lot of the same work in the closed shop and the first house in Seattle.  Warren asked for help during the contract negotiations in search of a specific language only for lawyers. But he was too busy to include in our inspection requests what was not in the report. I think that's a copy and paste mistake. Also, the response to the email was slow, it was actually a bit late, and I was very frustrated because I wanted to finish early. At the end of the day, we got what we needed, but he already added more stress to the stressful process.
