I strongly recommend Shima as a buyer's lawyer, especially for the first time. She has a broad knowledge of this work and is really involved in supporting you. You don't have to leave things all together.
Shima saved literally thousands of dollars in my deal. One time, when I looked into the minutes of the HOA, I received a charge of $3,000 for the next year, and added certain compensation to the contract. She doesn't laugh at the details or hurry up, so she finds the details that other lawyers may cheat.
The worst thing about buying a house is that everyone is hurriedly trying to cut it out. Among my supervisors, lenders, agents and lawyers, Shima was the most supportive and effective member of my team to make sure I made a good deal. Even when I was exhausted and trying to throw a towel, she continued to negotiate with the other party.
Be kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I literally made money.

Shima was very useful for me and my wife to buy their first house. She explained the mountains of documents we had to sign and helped with additional credit negotiations from the seller.

In June 2009, I used Shima Kirsch to address legal issues. In the midst of this, I bought a failed condo, so I needed help to get back the loss. Mr. Kersh assured me that the case was a complex problem, and I needed a lawyer with a certain expertise. After paying two years and thousands of dollars of legal fees, she handed me over to another lawyer working with me, and they blew me off completely. When the trial was held, the lawyer took a lie, withdrew from the trial, and hanged me. I paid her for thousands of dollars and in the end she didn't know how to handle what I needed, just stopped responding. I had to hire another lawyer to solve her confusion. Be careful to say a good game, but it is that you might be able to close a simple store.

I hired Shima in 2006 and worked to close it. Shima was a rock through many stumps, including the first apartment. Even if you don't want to hear it, it's a pointless lawyer and a strong guide who tells you the truth. She settled me down by repeating unexpected problems over and over. I went relatively smoothly for the closing in June 2007. With five-star experience, I recommended her to everyone I knew.
But 18 months after closing, I needed a copy of my title to resolve the situation with my company. In early December 2008, I asked for the first time, but she was convinced that I would get what I needed within a few days. Two months later, she stopped responding to the email and ended completely He blew me away. For those who are proud of their professionalism, this was a completely trash measure that my association and I ended up hanging. I didn't expect anything, but I got nothing.
For the terrible service of the last two months, I defeated her into a star. I am sorry that I respected her so much. Now I'm confused by her behavior.

I agree with Shannon. Shima is a rock— He is a strong and unfounded lawyer who not only knows how to get things done first, but also how to protect the resources of customers. I've known Shima personally and professionally for many years, and I wanted to explain the negative Yelp comments of Shima when my mother's illness ended up being a long-lasting death in December 2008.
Shima is a true professional and I'll give you a ten-year old star if possible. She has the most interest in her customers, and more importantly, she knows how to get results. Is it right to pay the lawyer? Don't talk about what we want to hear, but tell us what you should ask to accomplish your job. Thank you for taking great care of the introduction I've sent for many years.

Today I called on something important, so I got over the taste, so I gave you five stars. If you're sick and nervous, you need help when you want to explain and ease your concerns and concerns to people there. If you are looking for someone to come there, I strongly recommend Shima Kirsch to all your legal aid!

Shima is very good at what she does. My closure was a nightmare...4 hours before the seller lawyers take action....Sima, cool everything. Language barriers (3) and other escrow have also made it a little more complicated. When the buyer first came, I was very relieved in her hands. I give her 5.
