Dana began to be very confused during the house closure, because she was a little crazy and had an unreasonable opposite side. I helped me find a real estate lawyer on Yelp because I was the catalyst to go to Dana Siragusa. When I looked for my house, she answered my request and supported me. I canceled the contract on my first offer, but when I finally find a place that suits me, I know I will go to Dana to take care of the property. Dana Siragusa was my first real estate purchase lawyer and I met her for a few hours when I closed.  Her preparation, professionalism, and the fee of a seller's lawyer need to be fixed, thrown out of the room to a crazy designer, whether the mortgage has actually ended up until the last second, no printers are located, late night, etc., a variety of complications.  I recommend her service to everyone. I never had a reason for having a lawyer, and this was a good one, and it made a good precedent for future exchanges!

Dana and more than 12 people work (... And since I have counted real estate deals for the past two years, I can say that she is the best lawyer in the city. Hands down!

Dana is a professional, sensitive person who never stops trading. Some lawyers make you think you are the most important customer until you reach the last table. They keep checking when they can leave first. She is very careful and the knowledge and expertise of real estate help to make each transaction as smooth as possible.

Dana is great. She pays attention to details and is very sensitive through the process of the end.  When choosing a lawyer to buy REO assets, I couldn't make a better decision.  Her tenacity to contact the seller's lawyer was more than I had expected.  There are many problems with Dana trading, and Dana experience has enabled nearly seamless trading.

Smart, quick, and thorough.  You can find the kind of attorney you need to become landlord on Dana Siragusa.  I was very skeptical about all the processes because I had my second home owner and had a terrible experience for the first time.  As expected, many shocks continued, but Dana was a well-behaved influence, answered all my questions and helped as a problem finding board.  She really walked up and down.  If she needs a letter of recommendation, I'm there. I admire it.

Dana is great.  When she sold her house on June 13, she chose her for me based on the reviews she read at Yelp.  I wasn't disappointed.  She was very sensitive, useful, clear, supportive, and she went as smoothly as she could through the process, even if there were many collisions on the road.  She did a great job on behalf of me at the closing of the shop. Her advice was excellent.  We recommend it to the parties involved in real estate transactions without hesitation.  My only grief is that she should ask for more money for her behavior so generous to time.  I'm also 10 stars.

I recommend Shigusa Law as a real estate lawyer. She is very hard, persistent and familiar with her field. She is very enthusiastic about accomplishing her job and shows great honesty.
