I used Connie Spencer to represent me as a buyer of an apartment. It was terrible. the worst real estate deal ever

I have to hear it over and over again directly, but I only ask the seller that I can't communicate. To find the answer yourself, you need to call the owner of the apartment or the county tax assessor! She could have done so, but it seems to be a hard job for her!

Oh, I never even made sure whether or not the duty-free measure was taken at home! That's a tough job for her too!

Not only that, but a few days before the closing of the shop, I had noticed that I needed a statement of accounts by Tuesday, so I reviewed it and went to the bank to receive a check from the cashier who closes on Tuesday. ... She got it and never transferred it to me. And I didn't tell them the situation!

Literally, she agreed to pay taxes, and they didn't pay during their stay!

That's all... ... She could have done better what she had done herself. Looking at other places, this was not a bad experience.
