His experience with Michael Zink was as described in other high-level reviews. It is very professional, effective, very expensive and easy to work with. Don't look any more. Hire this man. He identified an old language that could quickly break without BS for free, so we easily got out of the lease. The advance money came back on time. I couldn't get better results. Really.

Michael Zink, a lawyer, gave me a great proxy for the landlords who violated the Chicago tenant/landlord regulations several times. His argument supporting my argument was very effective and the case was resolved very favorably. The knowledge, experience and professionalism he brought into the incident are horrifying and valuable to Chicago tenants who need to protect landlords on the Internet. The interpretation and explanation of the law helped him to understand the pros and cons of each option he explained, and I confidently put my claim in his hands.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael Zink. Mr. Zink listened carefully to our speech and briefly explained the matter and the legal claim. He refused to return part of our savings and gave persuasive and effective representation to the ex-landlords who claimed (and he did not care) the damage we had repeatedly told him while we were living in the force. We were immediately thrilled and excited to have someone who would be eligible for this kind of law. Zink does not miss the presentation of potential problems and certainly knows the law. I'll be glad if I can raise ten stars!  After receiving a five-day notice from the landlord, I studied the eviction lawyers eagerly about Elp.  I contacted some lawyers, but the most impressed was the Star Bejiert Zink & line  Mr. Star had a lot of information on the phone and was kind in manner, so I decided to hire him.  But he contacted his colleague Michael Zink during his vacation.

At first I hesitated that Mr. Star would not act for me, but as soon as I met Michael Zink I knew I was a good man.  He was patient and explained all my options in pros and cons.  He listened carefully to my concerns and gave me good advice.  He had shown himself to be a highly intelligent, clear, well-prepared and good lawyer.  I can't say enough good things about him.

The landlord did not serve me properly, the troops were illegal, and I was late for rent.  With that in mind, we tried to solve the case.  The landlord was greedy. Stubborn, we had to go through the court system twice  I had to pay Baser twice, but it was worth paying a penny or a penny.  Michael persuaded my landlord's lawyer to educate her and solve the problem. (laughs)  in the end  I decided to move because the unit was not safe.  He also decided to stop appealing to the landlord for illegal troops and only count his blessings.  After all, I didn't have to pay my previous rent, I could move in a timely manner and my case was sealed.

I worked with Annie in the past. She starts a divorce and evils repeatedly. He was considerate, efficient and interesting.

A few years ago, I contacted the office again and spoke to Annie. He's an educated primate! The mob that helps to spread the opinions of all the lawyers is a terrible one.

The landlord refused to return my deposit and received this company's information from the Tennant Association for the ridiculous charge of causing damage to the apartment I left untouched. Michael Zink was a good lawyer and recovered my deposit.  I don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

A great professional team! A few months ago, we had to hire a lawyer to evict one of our borrowers and to solve the problems that arise in the process. I sent several inquiries to the law firm and Mr. Zink was one of the few lawyers who actually sent me an email.

After a problem that the landlord gave permission to rent an apartment, he worked with Michael Zink, but the Condominium Association did not allow him.

I worked with Michael Zink. After I said I had broken Apt, the landlord tried to keep my deposit of 1,400 yen with all his might. It was because the landlord leaked out of the window 40 years ago and ran out badly.
I'm glad I hesitated to go the legal road. Three months later, I think I was asked to return my deposit and the original landlord found that she could not be paid to others the money necessary to improve her home. Thanks, Mike. I strongly recommend you.

A little late and silently dropped as a customer ...suddenly received a letter of "philosophical difference"  He refused to flip my file and I was given no information about the situation  In my case. In fact, the trial was missed because of this. My case has been solved (not thanks to Daniel Star). The check in my file was inexplicably cashed by the landlord! !!Now how did the claimant get the check in my file at Daniel Star's office? My bank said I had to undergo a physical examination!

I am complaining to all known organizations I find. I can't believe the file was checked over to the other side...Unbelievable! !

I have already stayed with Dan Star's Law two or three times in relation to various real estate-related cases. He is above duty. He is very accessible and knowledgeable.

I fought with the landlord and refused to return the deposit. Michael Zink was recommended to the Star and Rowells who took over our case.
