I used Synergy Law to clean up the LLC operation contract and created a PPM. They were carefully charged, timely and reasonable. I am sure that For future legal operations, use the Bart and Synergy Law teams.

Synergy helped establish three companies and has completed the work of incorporation and shareholder contracts for all companies. They did all the work to sell my second company. And in my third company, they managed all the capital increases safely. Burt and Art are really great lawyers specializing in technology companies. It's especially great with software contracts and licensing.

Synergy specializes in real estate closing. The lawyer I worked with, Bert and Jeremy, certainly know what they are doing. But they charged me an exorbitant amount of money, so I won't say it here for the weak. I charged one-third of the cost and started working with another lawyer to do a better job.
