My wife and I bought our first house and hired Patrick as a lawyer. Except for those who live outside the US, the purchase was made straight. He warned of the possible problems and delays resulting from this and warned that the delay in preparing documents from the seller must have delayed our closing date. Man knows what he has! What impressed us most was Patrick's ability to organize and schedule things without responsibility. Both the seller's agent and the lawyer were so incompetent that the closing date was extended for the second time. Patrick is truly encouraged to not only work and dedication to customers, but also to treat people with fun. Legal problems are by no means pleasant.
