Terry is the second real estate lawyer that I got the opportunity to work with. The previous lawyer assembled real estate transactions with Zunzen and managed like a worker...In other words, it's not very good. So when I started looking for investment real estate, I wanted to try a new lawyer. The lawyer wanted to be more careful and to ensure that my debts were properly managed. Besides the positive statements, Terry attracted me by the fact that I work directly with her instead of my secretary or colleague. I talked with another lawyer who wanted to talk to me to apply for a new customer, but reluctantly said they might not have made my files themselves. No.) The only drawback is that if the deal fails, she will be paid part of the fee, while in her competition (especially when the secretary does all the work) she will be charged. But she spent time and effort on every effort from the beginning, so it seemed fair to me. The three deals I drew later were finally able to acquire new investment assets on the fourth time. In the process, I was very satisfied with the personal relationship I got from Terry, and I was impressed that she actually read the legal documents she had come from the seller. After the deal was completed, Terry answered the questions himself and helped me with some legal issues that need to be documented in writing. I know that I work with Terry to receive future real estate transactions on the buyer and seller side and legal advice on borrowers. In the midst of the offer, everyone gives a little advice and Terry reviews the deal before the final signature is made. Also, I will ask any recommendation (inspector, loan officer, etc.) to employers without hesitation

I have come to Yelp to find someone to help with concerns about the separation agreement. As you can imagine, I felt stress, I felt uneasy, and I felt a bit confused around me. I asked Terry for help on a retirement contract. She didn't read the document, but she taught me what to watch out for and helped me pay the attention of lawyers. Also, I taught me what areas I want to negotiate, which areas I want to deal with, and which areas I am generous with, from the employer's point of view. I found Yelp Terry when I was looking for a lawyer to help me sell my apartment. The former lawyer no longer obeyed the real estate law, and I was at a loss who I wanted to represent. I am very happy to meet Terry. My husband and I were in the process of buying our first property, and Terry was a valuable resource along the way.  At first, we tried short selling, but Tree was with us at every stage. She was very honest and candid about her proposal, her proposal, and the best and worst scenario about various parts of our contract.  They also sent emails to sellers several times a week to confirm their oversold condition.  The short sale itself was a bit suspicious and I decided not to continue, but I had a very good experience working with Terry.  Now we are in the middle of finishing our regular shopping.
