Get away! !! This is the least responsive real estate lawyer you can ask for.  If you don't have a month like me, it will take at least three days for the company's people to tell you their questions and deadline dates after a few weeks.
Mike is just the face of the company he doesn't handle and is handed over to one of the two women who get impatient by making mistakes in important documents. Mike always accepts a standard answer: "I'm sorry I'm closed now."  He didn't attend at the end of my life and came to look for a man in his early 20s and mid-20s, so I think he's just the name and face of the company, but these two impatient women are doing business.
In the nightmare, they had the same situation as real estate lawyers and individual lawyers.
The person I spoke to cannot believe the problem I had. This may be conjectured, but other earnest reconsideration of his eleeeking business, as it is the least professional work I have ever dealt with, may cause some fortune-telling.

It was the first time for some reason that I hired a lawyer. My wife and I worked with Michael Gunderson, and after the first house shopping, we sold out. He was one of the most famous people on our home purchasing team and quickly responded to email while coordinating with our real estate agents, sellers' lawyers, title companies and banks. In his first experience, Michael traded so smoothly that he couldn't sell short at all, and left a lot of easy results for his new location.

It was easy to spend three hours together, not to mention his knowledge of the deal, and finally to wait for sales. I think this is the manner on the desk. Anyway, he got it. Title & Good luck to open. It's a beer company, Michael!

My fiancee and I were recommended to Michael through a friend I had worked with before. He was strongly recommended, but he was uneasy as the first person to buy an apartment. When I met Michael directly, my appointment was very quickly relaxed and touched by his easy behavior, but it was very professional. Through the conclusion of the contract, Michael took a step forward and showed what each step expressed in easy-to-understand words.

The real estate company was a double agent and was unable to legally support any proposals such as credit deadlines or negotiations. In the end, Michael wanted our highest interest, so he could get a bigger close-cost credit than we initially expected.

I sincerely recommend Michael without a reservation. His professionalism and expertise were very valuable in our real estate transactions. I hope you will continue to utilize his services.

I was the first time I've dealt with the problem of property ownership at Gunderson's law firm, but 100% don't use other companies.  Mike's ability to take care and pay close attention helped me save a lot of frustration and costs.  Anyone who owns a rental property in Chicago should contact Gunderson's law firm.

Michael and his company recommended to my real estate agent. I was really sorry to have received her advice to use Michael for me when I bought my apartment. The relationship between the lawyer and his client started very well, but I spoke for about a week and it was difficult to communicate with him. Michael had hardly reacted. In order to get him to answer the question, he had to send him an email or call him many times, and in most cases he was reluctant to answer his answer. He just does things at his own pace. Michael didn't bother to come to my closing shop. He sent another employee on behalf of me in the company and did not inform me or my real estate agent. The biggest thing for me was that I felt that he was halfway involved in a big problem with the seller and the HOA, which I might have been caught by a lawyer's examination. Overall, Michael was unresponsive and could not perform the task within the promised or planned timeframe. He always gave me an excuse for his level of professionalism, lack of communication and service.  I'm really comfortable and patient, but as Michael was the first person to shop at home, I was sad. I don't intend to recommend him because of the level of customer service I received and how I treat him as a customer.

When I worked with Michael at Gunderson's law firm on my recent home purchase, I had a very enjoyable experience. Michael was not only a professional, but also very diligent when we were working to get the exact results we wanted. The only drawback is that he can't see his amazing Ghostbusters collection in his office.

Gunderson's law firm is the same as mine! Without Michael Gunderson and his wonderful team, we don't know what to do. They grasped our hands through their first home purchase experience. He was there for us after he offered the final.
