I went to Realtor, touched Michelle and her team many times, and used her team to purchase a multi-unit building. Michelle and her team are great! When I touch Michelle, my customers feel completely powerful. And I know that all the details are explained. When Michelle's team is involved in the deal, he breathes a sigh of relief. All the measures are necessary.

Here's a review of Michel's reaction. This seems to be a one-off case. Michel could communicate for an hour a day and seven days a week. Close two engagements with the Michelle team, and Michelle is kind and gentle for those who receive Michelle and email by the morning the email comes, and who are concerned about email responses and mistakes! She's the & of her dog; I'll chat with you about. The family is interesting and interesting!

I would never dream of introducing Michelle to all my customers and using another lawyer for my personal transactions.

As Michelle and the other lawyer just after the deal with her team, I have nothing but hot words. Enjoy efforts in all aspects of facilitating transactions and facilitating transactions.

I hired Michel, and invited me and my husband to the closing of the apartment.

There was no response expected from the lawyer.  He took a very negative attitude, especially during the examination of lawyers.  When I ask for a status update (I didn't respond on time to email, so I'm not a priority customer for her, so I speak out against two children and other customers' responses.

Also, even when I was on time for the deadline, she sent me an incorrect email address and sent the final contract to the wrong customer, so I didn't receive it until a few days before the deadline. The lawyer could expect a few small points, but the mistake didn't give her much confidence in her whole work.

Michelle Rice was used for three real estate closures, so Michelle and her staff could not say good points.  The first time I used Michelle was the first real estate purchase, and it was always stressful. The second time I used it was a boring and complicated transaction, and the third time it was a sudden sale, and it closed very quickly on holiday weeks.  Every time Michelle and the staff get calm in the storm.  Thank you for their help!

I twice hired Michel as a lawyer. It was the first time I had hired Michel to take care of her in an apartment, and the exchange was great, but when I hired Michel for the second time, I was very disappointed. I hired her again (bought after Condo) to help close her in the parking lot.

In the first interaction, she and her team are rated 4/5 stars, but in the second experience, I was torn apart by 1/2/5 stars, and now is 3/5 stars.

Her team was very responsive and Michelle explained the first interaction item. She stayed all the way to the end. But the second exchange was worse.

1) It was really difficult to get a response from her and her team, and the response time was long. This reflects the Michelle team, not the Michelle team. Michelle responded very well to me, but unfortunately I have to evaluate her entire team. They organize the documents and the customer trusts the entire team. Even very basic questions (such as opening hours and dropbox availability) exceeded 24 hours and took 48 hours to respond.
2) I went to work and gave Michel the power of a lawyer so that she wouldn't be able to go to the shop. Her team sent me a document, but the name and address of the letter of attorney to sign me was wrong. That is quite hard to accept. Nevertheless, they asked me for a 25-dollar mandate. Even if I didn't make a mistake, I couldn't close the parking lot.
3) My address (the buyer's address) was incorrectly entered in the HUD documentation. This does not seem to have a big impact, but this should be caught by her and her team.
I may be severe, but I didn't pay my lawyer and her team to make such a mistake as above.

I'm a local real estate company that has traded more than 30 deals with Michelle and her team over the past year.  Since her reaction is one of Michel's favorite things, I'm surprised by her criticism that she doesn't respond.  Although lawyers rarely work at night or on weekends, Michelle usually works seven days a week.  It's not unusual to email Michel on Sunday night with questions about her client's files and get in touch with her in less than an hour. Considering the speed of Chicago's real estate, the incredible responsiveness of seven days a week is important in bringing together the deal.  I've been out to my family's events once or twice a weekend, and I've told you I can't go back for hours, but shouldn't I be allowed to live a life other than work? Is her grammar and punctuation always 100% correct? No. But when she replies to me at 10 o'clock in the evening, I don't care if she makes a mistake.  While talking to the other side of the deal, her email is always professional.   Also, the files that were working with other lawyers will be contracted by the customer, and all processing except the closing of the shop will be passed to the paralegal and the secretary. I like how I interact with Michel, my client and I spend 90% of my time, and her team likes to support her, not our main contact. Unless she takes a holiday, she always attends the shop and then calls another lawyer up close.  She knows exactly what's going on with all the files, gives great advice to customers and knows inside and outside of Chicago's real estate.  Do you care if you like it over there? No. She is always kind and fun to the other person when the situation is required, but at the end of the day, on behalf of my client, she deals with them as much as she can. Sometimes she doesn't please her partner, and sometimes it's unreasonable, but her job is not to make friends with her partner. In order to protect my clients, she is doing incredibly well.  I strongly recommend her to all my customers.

I had just bought a condominium, and of course, it was a nightmare for me to pass all the papers through.  My real estate agent recommended Michelle and she was wonderful.  She's never nonsense, she's ready to deal with any problem, and she certainly wants to be your ally.  The support team for Brook and Cindy in her office is also great.  At the end, Chase, who was looking to lend him, called him up the morning and bit him.

Her fare is reasonable and I certainly recommend it.

(I chatted when I moved and said I want to keep a dog after moving.) I had a friend who volunteered for me at the shelter and immediately sent me a list of my dog. Wow! )

Wow, I'm ashamed that it's actually late to write this review, but I didn't want to write a review that's so late, so I didn't plan to go around the first anniversary.

Michelle was recommended to my real estate company. My experience was very positive. She and her team were polite and easy to get through the process. Since I was the first person to shop at home, I really needed someone I could trust. And I needed someone who had the patience to continue walking the whole process with me. Michelle and her team did so. There was a little communication problem with electrical appliances, but Michelle gave me a discount on the price.

They also negotiated special cash for the pipe problem in the basement. We were very grateful because there was not much like that due to short selling.

Overall, Michel is a lawyer whose client's greatest concern is undoubtedly.

I have signed several contracts with Michelle Rice as a lawyer.  I'm not good at lawyers because I am my own person.  But Michel is in the highest position.  She is honest, very intelligent, well aware of the Real Estate Act, and strict (I have to set foot around her).  When I work with her, I know that she is active on behalf of her client and I respect it.  The lawyer should do so.  However, she is a professional, and a suitable person to work together.  If I don't become a lawyer, I'll hire her.

Michelle and her support team are in the highest position. In the agony of family purchasing, I could not seek any better experience. From the first day he embarked upon it, aggressive (but amicable) with all the other parties, and very agile in every way. Amazing.

I told her when I met her on the other side of the deal. I've used her service for ten years without any waste.  She is a good professional, capable and fun person.  Otherwise the red hair of the flame will be produced.  Believe me.   If you have a monkey job and someone is trying to pull someone fast, I want her on your side.

As an eight-year mortgage veteran, I have worked with hundreds of lawyers.  Michelle Rice and her staff are just as experienced as real estate lawyers in Chicago and elsewhere.  I want to recommend her to friends and potential customers.

Michel must be said to be a real professional.  When I went to a short sale, I really did her job, but we looked back and found what we wanted, and she was the most important and the first shopping experience was finally happy.  She has a lot of energy and knows what she's doing.  I highly recommend her and her staff.

a very unpleasant person to interact with each other Full disclosure was on behalf of the seller when we were buying, took a very rude attitude to those who were closed, such as us, lawyers, and closed, took about 15 minutes of waiting time, and went out on more important transactions. Since her client was not there, she had no intention of staying, listening, or having a normal conversation, so she forced them to bear the necessary expenses.

The property transaction was charged an additional $600 due to the unpaid return tax.  Don't accidentally share costs.  Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that this gentleman had a bad time.  In many cases, we may not have the whole picture.  For the past 15 years, many of my customers have used Michelle personally as a lawyer without complaint.  She and her staff are very capable, and for many of the lawyers I was in charge of, I would finish the work I could not say on the other side of the table.  I'm always confident that transactions will be handled professionally and can meet customer needs.

Michelle Laiss & In 'Working' her team sinks as one of the worst working interactions I have ever experienced. From the time she accepted the closing of the apartment, she was very amateur. Her email was not grammatically or logically correct. She also made several claims that the Internet and the server were "down" as a reason for the slow response time. After having to change the day of the store's preparation, and having worked with the seller and the real estate agent, Michelle said that the store would close in a hysterical manner, four days after the first date specified. After all, the new date of the closing was successful for the rest of the people, so Michel obviously tackled them. Fortunately, she chose her most interest than her seller. Rather than having a new date, she taught the "injustice" to her client and fought by email rather than returning the phone to solve the problem. My lawyers and real estate agents are closed frequently, especially in the same week. I had never seen a lawyer so angry, nor had I received a request from a buyer for an additional cost of carrying. On the closing day, Michelle was not ready, and my lawyer was unable to go through the papers and review them. She frowned into the room and, during the meeting, packed her greeting card in an envelope. In fact, the only time Michelle got out of her personal problem to talk with us was when we remembered the shipping costs we "absolutely" pay. When she tried to talk about the extra fare, she got up at the table and yelled at not to entertain the customer's ideas. Finally, Michel left the room without a word, and fortunately it was the end of our meeting.
