5 If I were given a star that exceeds two stars, I would like to. Then I'll tell you.

I spoke to three lawyers before I hired him. I'm glad I chose Tom.

First, Tom replies quickly.  I felt stress trying to get rid of my borrower. I've never done this before, so it was my first time. He listened over time and guided me there. He is easy to talk to and is willing to help. He is a professional and very knowledgeable about real estate and evictions.

Next, Tom answers his phone. So don't be surprised if you don't have to wait for a return call. You don't always have time to get the phone, but it's fast to return it.

Tom explained everything, including fees, before I hired him. He sent me very valuable information before I gave him the money. I thought it was wonderful. In particular, he told me that after that I had changed to him. Since my friend pays for my lawyer, they asked me to use another person.

Fortunately, it didn't work. So when I asked Tom if he would still consider my place, he answered "Yes." Elegant and professional.

Then Tom negotiated with the tenant whom I was very pleased with, and they moved. Hail!

But the residents wanted to talk after the eviction. I think the lawyer's responsibility has passed since the incident was closed, but Tom said well. Tom also got a suggestion about the future!

Tom answered all my questions and returned my phone and email, so the process went smoothly. I strongly recommend him.

Finally, I would like to comment on other lawyers. Some use high pressure sales tactics. I tried to catch one of them before I thought. Tom isn't. Be careful.

Conclusion - If you need a landlord and a street lawyer, hire this man!

Working with Tom was amazing! I started renting my apartment in 2016, and the real estate company that rented my house did not explain any rules of the Landlord and Tenant Act. He could write a draft of the lease and I understood it and provided me with other documents that I and the tenant should have to avoid future legal problems. As I have some horrible stories I've heard, I'd like to make sure this story is "scattered, and T is crucified." Also, when I get a question, he responds very well by email or phone. I told my friend to draft their will, but she said only the best thing about him. I strongly recommend Tom to the needs of the real estate law!

Tom represented us in selling his apartment in Chicago. We asked many questions when the seller first came out. Tom put up with us, was very knowledgeable, quickly responded every time he reached out, and was very helpful throughout the entire sales. He shared his views with us through this process, but if we were not comfortable, he would not pressure us to take concrete decisions and actions. It is highly recommended for those looking for representatives of real estate transactions in this region.

I worked as a buyer with Tom at a real estate auction in Chicago and had a wonderful experience.
