I strongly recommend Vladimir Umann's law firm. Vladimir represented me in a rather complex real estate transaction. In September 2017, I bought an apartment in Lincoln Park in Chicago. The problem with the purchase was that the previous owner rented the unit and the terms of the lease were somewhat vague. Vladimir reviewed these conditions and revised the purchase agreement to protect interest in the deal. During the closing period, Vladimir gave me all the professional answers to my questions.
