Stephanie Day represented us in the sale of Lincoln Park townhouses. There are not enough stars in this evaluation system or adjective to show how good our services were.
Stephanie has incredible patience, knowledge, expertise and integrity. She never decided on the questions we asked, and decided that email was more responsive and easy to access by phone. Stephanie went on this process as fast as possible.
I got much more value than the amount I paid, and I was relieved that all the details would protect us.
3 years ago, the same result was obtained at home purchase. I strongly recommend Thompson and Thompson!

The buyer for the first time preferred who to hire on my behalf. I made a spreadsheet to find the right questions to help me find lawyers, read all kinds of books, websites, and so on, and find out who is best, and find each other.
Dozens of companies around Chicago, Thompson & amp; I met. Thompson. When I called the office to get general information, I thought I would be handed over to the manager who would contact me later after hearing my name and number. Instead, I was placed Cherry, who answered dozens of questions to me, gave me as much time as I needed without asking for a phone number (so I was not under great pressure). At that time, I knew that cherry is the best thing for us. She stopped to explain the process and made sure that I was satisfied with the answer she gave.
T&T is not a huge company, they only do real estate. This makes them very accessible, familiar with the field, and able to quickly investigate any problem. Cherie walked through our entire process and processed everything quickly and professionally. Several times before closing, she informed us of the situation of our offer and, if necessary, actively looked at us. Her fees were very low, just as low as any other lawyer. Finally, she carried each document to us and stopped to see what we were reading.
In addition, Cherie is very accessible by email or phone and always returns messages quickly. I couldn't have a better experience with her. And I would recommend her to someone who buys (sells) a house.

Thompson & amp; Thompson represented me at the closing of my apartment and parking. They were very useful and efficient every time. He also helped me with small things such as updating my apartment title after I got married to my wife, and showing my perspective on the service issues that mortgage companies have.
