Dennis helped me buy an apartment nine years ago, but he was amazing. He negotiated an unexpected situation and saved thousands of repairs when the shop closed. For many years, I recommended my friend to give him a positive response.
But recently I asked you to help me sell my building. At first he was a little sensitive, but he was somewhat lukewarm. Yes, it's a bit complicated...It's not sold out, it's closed. But the time has come for me to actually work and review the sales contract, so I have no reaction from him. Complete the non-response. So I hate giving only two stars. I don't know if something has happened to his business, but if a lawyer is unable to carry out a deal or has a legal liability that is not willing to move forward, the customer will never want to leave full uncertainty.
