Wow, this man is something else. Do not reply to phone, voice mail, or email. Our closing took six weeks, until the closing of the shop, finally two times later, because he had closed another shop. One of his secretaries was rude, but she once replied, "I'm too busy." I'm not going to go to him, nor are I going to recommend him. It's all right.
