I first used Wayne about four years ago when we moved to a new house. Recently, Wayne dealt with three real estate transactions that took place in June 2018. We sold condominiums in the city, bought a new house and sold an existing house. Wayne is always at the head of his game. We didn't have to catch up with him because we're surprisingly responsive, aggressive, and proactive. I borrowed the way to represent me as a seller lawyer. Wayne is very amateur. He pricked his finger into my face, yelling: This was closed. I should have fired him on the spot. I can't recommend him because of his rude nature, and I won't use him again.

When we bought our house a few years ago, we had a terrible experience with another lawyer, so Wayne was breathing in fresh air for as many as 180 people. I can't recommend his services enough. We were able to remove all known knowledge, but the most important is the unknown. He does a very good job of explaining all the legal aspects of the transaction. He doesn't listen to his client. He just does what he thinks best. I just wanted him to give me some money and didn't care what he wanted. I won't hire you. Find a better, actually care about the client.

We have recently finished shopping at home and made Mr. Braverman a lawyer. He was very diligent and thorough in all the processes. The house we bought was a forecastle, and the owner was terribly difficult to handle. Several times there was a good reason to bail out the proceedings, but Wayne was useful, and he paid attention to all things, and brought us to a successful end. He found a $2,000 error in our financial statements and removed it.
I recommend him again and again.

Wayne has been doing a lot of real estate transactions in the last 10 years this month, but he's doing a great job. Living in a CA and selling real estate in IL was a much more complex process than I expected.  Wayne was strongly recommended by my real estate agent to help with legal documents and financial statements on the sale of our property in IL.
I cannot say enough good about Wayne's speed of work or dealing in every aspect of the trade.  He certainly has excellent value for the money.  The amount of work he has to do and the speed at which he has completed his work will cost three times as much here as CA.

When we sold our first house in Decarb County, we left Wayne out.  From the outset, he actively distinguished himself from other lawyers used in previous real estate transactions.

The biggest difference is that Wayne had time to get back in touch as soon as possible.  "It was clear that I had no single question, and that I had time to call him at any time.

Wine (e.g., get in the car, go to other states with personal time before going to trial, etc.), treated us fairly and explained the terms of the contract with the buyer "The lawyer is perfect, concise and efficient.  When I personally misunderstood some of the contracts and transactions between lawyers, Wayne was able to fix me quickly, politely and honestly, using easy-to-use words that were easy to understand for those who sold their homes.  He fully explained all of our available options at some point during the sale.  He checked what was going on and made sure we were satisfied with what was going on.

I think that the biggest support I can offer to Wayne will be to maintain his service in the future.  As a result, I plan to lease out in a few weeks, but Wayne is also counting on a representative for the sale.

My apartment sales might have been a very stressful job without Braverman. He had a deep knowledge of the market and the process and was able to guide the process relatively easily.
