Believe me. I'm a lawyer.

No, really, I am a lawyer. And some of them will sue. New too. So I thought I knew what I was dealing with my mischievous landlord (really historic), and the bad situation that I had to leave town two weeks later after making a new lease on its expensive Edgewater Mansion. I almost became nervous, and I almost ruined my relationship with stress. Before I call Randy,

the boy has learned a great lesson in humility, and the other is a great lesson in how to become a better lawyer. Randy is a good lawyer. I am 150% satisfied with the standards of practice better than most of the people I personally worked on.  To support this claim, I offer the following personal observations.

Exhibition A: Excellent skills in customer contact. The first call returned within
1-5 minutes. He heard my story, understood all the nuances and said, "I can fix this."

2 - Signing the contract, submitting a retainer, sharing documents, etc. Within 24 hours (usually less than one hour), we were able to answer questions by phone or email.

3 - Passed a mobile phone and AND ANSWERED IT.  When I called at 7:30, I thought my voice mail would arrive and I called him, and he answered.

Exhibition B:

1 - He showed us the options and quickly carried out our decision.

2 - He got our deposit. And we paid damages for the crazy money we didn't know.

3 - Confirm. Days after decision = payment.

Did you cover everything?

Yes. IMHO, he's a nice person.

Take this man for you. You should've come earlier.
Don't do that.  When the plumber screams up, don't give out the wrench and call the plumber. If you have trouble with the landlord, don't write a letter, but call Randy.

Randy represented me as a lawyer on three contracts. In 2015, the first two deals with him, one to fight for a guarantee, and the other to sell a parking lot succeeded. Randy knew what she was doing and acted at once. I thanked him for his help. In the year

2017, he became a lawyer again, the bedroom bought a unit, and the meeting with him was tragic. My contract was signed just before the weekend of the anniversary. I didn't know that he was out of town for a few days. I also did not do any work until I finished my agency service one business day before my lawyer's examination period.

You may be busy and discuss your ability to receive customer references in front of your customers. However, it is wrong to not respond to the client's questions for days and tell the client that the client is leaving the city after the end of the presentation.

He contacted Randy at the time of the tenancy dispute and tried to cancel the lease. He pushed forward a very wise course of action and answered honestly to the challenges we face. Randy's legal advice saved his life. We were able to negotiate a contract that would be released from the lease contract, and we got the deposit back to us.

I asked Mr. Winstein to represent me in a dispute with my landlord.  I had spoken to him on the phone and he agreed to help me, but he said, "I'm so busy that day that I can't go."  A week later, I called him again, and he said he would continue to represent me.  A week later, he sent me an email asking about the situation, and I answered and asked questions.  He didn't send me the email back.  A week later, I emailed Randy again. He didn't answer to ask if he had spoken to his landlord.

I will do it when the stars are zero. Find someone else to represent you.

Thank you to Randy Winstein. Randy went on the phone and took a long time to explain in detail the possible consequences for my case. I recommend Randy. for he had been precise in his details. I don't think people will work for free, but Randy didn't ask for any money to get his expert advice.

For those of you who know, I recommend Randy and Wine Stein Law Group without hesitation. The first time I bought a house, I went through the process of searching for a house, without knowing the details, time and thorough information necessary to see on line until the actual closing date. Randy took a step in the road for me, and she was completely successful and led me to the goal. I am now the owner and happy person of the house. I am also looking forward to working with the Wine Stein Law Group. -Chelsey
