For more than 10 years, I have maintained the private practice of law on behalf of the revoked driver at the Licensing Restoration Council of State Secretary of Illinois. We don't take all the customers. As a practice for boutiques, we accept only those customers who believe we can succeed in our own case. I think the core of my practice is that customer satisfaction is the most interesting thing. Each client receives a frank and candid answer to the question, frequently provides the most up-to-date information about their case, and provides a comprehensive and dedicated defense. In 2005, the practice started to maintain overall success statistics. More than 90% of our customers have been licensed at our first hearing once a year since the start of the statistical analysis.
Since 2002, my law has focused on restoring the canceled driver at the Secretary of State's hearing.
