It is a pity that I can't choose five stars and ten. I was the first person to shop at home, and I didn't know what type of lawyer I needed or how much time I needed. Thank you for Cynthia. Last week, I was able to purchase my first apartment in Lakeview. She is probably one of the top real estate lawyers in Chicago. We bought "Owner-sold" and did not work with real estate agents, but were unfamiliar with the Real Estate Act and the provisions on property purchases.

Cynthia took care of us from the beginning. With the seller, some changes and negotiations were necessary, but on the last day, through the closing process, we contacted and helped us. We were able to meet at the closing of the shop and walk around us through endless documents that help us understand our rights, night and weekend.

If you need a great real estate lawyer, I cannot strongly recommend Cynthia.

Cynthia is the best!  My husband and I recently hired my husband as our representative at the sale of downtown condominiums in Chicago and at the purchase of a new Naperville house.  

I didn't have much experience with previous real estate, but in fact, I sold our apartment "to the owner" and bought a new house without a real estate agent.  For those who don't know yet, buying and selling at home is a tough job, 45 days, many things we don't know, and more than that, one week after the closing, we don't think we survived unharmed without the perfect guidance of Cynthia.  She thoroughly and completely explained the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and next steps to each transaction, and the sales and purchases have come to an end.  I can't be happier any more.  Her service is already affordable, but trust, safety and peace of mind with Cynthia's lawyer was really worthless.

Cynthia helped my husband and I buy the first apartment in Lake View.  She is very careful, sensitive and a good supporter of her customers. I can't say enough about how thoroughly, professionally and helpful Cynthia was in the entire shopping process at home. Since some problems occurred during the first home inspection, Cynthia confirmed that it was properly repaired and handled in time for the closure. Cynthia is wonderful! We have used our services for three real estate transactions, but we will continue to use them for future investments.
