Thousands are expected to gather at Soldier Field Saturday to rally for those living with ALS. Thousands are expected to gather at Soldier Field in 2026 for the ALS Walk for Life, the Midwest's largest event. The two-mile lakefront walk ends with a walk through historic Soldier Field, a tribute to those affected by ALS. The CEO of Les Turner ALS Foundation Laura Freveletti joined ABC7 to discuss the event. Funds raised for the event support research and compassionate care at Northwestern Medicine and services for those living with ALS.
