Free trees may be dropped off for free at Sunbelt Rentals, 803 E. Van Buren St., in Avondale, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., from January 1. The trees collected at the site will be chipped and reused as mulch and ground cover. However, trash, recycling and other services will be delayed on New Year's Day.
