Fernando R. Caranza was my husband and the seller of the apartment I was going to buy for short sale.  When Karanza told his lawyer that the bank had approved our offer, we went ahead with the deal and paid for the home inspection.  Soon after, the bank did not accept our offer, but instead made our offer of opposition.

Mr. Caranza made a mistake and confused his customers.  He ignored me when I asked Caranza to repay the cost of a home check (which was completed on the basis of his erroneous information).

At least, "I'm sorry I can't do that," or "No problem. That's the only way to make up for mistakes." I thought he would get a professional phone call back.  I didn't get a phone call or an apology.

Absolutely not!  The worst non-professional lawyer, how to connect, who represents customers as professionals, who does not run professional staff.  He was hired to withdraw his property from the seizure before it was seized, and then Carrey Services's counterpart, Ray Rojas, said, "I help my family protect my house, I don't always worry about it," and pays my monthly fee unless I make a representative contract.  Fernando's wife was also rude, and part of the office was as difficult as Ray said (he used a better adjective), their partnership collapsed, and my case slipped while I was collecting monthly payments.  He missed the last trial in which my property was imposed on the bank. He didn't know what was going on, the date to warn me or offer me options.  I paid a great deal of attention at my door and paid a great deal of attention to ask him what was going on.  He was ignorant that he simply tried to convince me that it was a threat from the bank, and he had no idea what actually happened.  It was only a few days later that he actually saw my file to know that he had lost my fortune completely.  And the judge basically laughed off the employees, said he was tired of my case, and did nothing, and would not hear my case.  It was I who followed this clown to get the latest news, and he always made me feel that everything is all right, and that I had plenty of time that was obviously not true.  If I could sell short, as I said many times, I would never agree to the seizure.  He lied, did not express with honesty or urgency, but he did not allow the fraudulent commitment to misuse customer account information and overturn sales to destroy uncontracted bank accounts and AUTHORIZATION and continue to make fraudulent demands.  He's such a scary person, but don't get near!
