Later, I told the real estate agent that Ivan and his team offered services are one of the best deals in the whole real estate trading process. Ivan and his team (Stephanie C, Michelle K, etc.) are very fast, thorough and accurate. When there were any problems or questions about my sales or purchase contract, Ivan and his team got a sharp help.
Above all, their speed stands out to me. It is not easy to provide a consistent prompt response to messages from the client, but that is what the client does. Their knowledge and motivation to work are one of the reasons why they made it so easy to sell and buy in my home. I appreciate their help and give them the best advice.

Complex feelings:
Ivan helped me buy condos in late 2010. At that time, we were very satisfied with the responsiveness and advice he provided. We were especially happy when the seller (the bank, this is a seizure) went to the closing shop and tried to change the conditions of the owner. Ivan succeeded in this voyage successfully and we were happy. I was already ready to move that week!
About 4 years ago... and found that he had not submitted all the necessary papers to the state. (Most of them have escrow, and due to the failure of the related mortgage companies that swing by pointing their fingers to each other) they will be unable to pay their property taxes, fees and fees, and will "reclaim". As lawyers (those who know the local norms and legal requirements of Chicago and Cook County), we would have thought Ivan had advised us about the documents we need to submit to the city and the county. Ivan is wonderful. In July 2011, I helped with the conclusion, but now I am writing this review because six buildings were closed, so it was only Ivan who put words into the builder when taxes were retaxed.
Collect some of the taxes we paid.

Ivan helped us when we were looking for a new house. At first, I was contacted that there was a possibility of a short offer. He explained the process and gave us a strategic hint to achieve short selling.
Eventually, I got an offer that was accepted for regular sales. During the examination of the lawyer, Ivan (and Stephanie) made further conditions to further protect our interests.

I think IVAN is smart and competent, but never customer friendly! ! When the lawyer's examination process is over, he goes down and even longer to find "enough" time for me to find someone else... ... Excuse me! We have thousands of lawyers. Ivan is the best! I chose him with so much joy, reading Eli Preview. He took me step by step into the process and never got angry that I had to explain again and again. I'm sure I made him mad! I thanked him sincerely for his honesty, not to mention his consistency. his pursuit was always prompt and careful. All of them helped me to a wonderful experience.
His knowledge of the new construction project was also valuable. He knows many of the developers of Chicago and helps in manipulating Pothole. I strongly recommend Ivan to all real estate purchases. If you buy a new property...... He's a man!

Before I found Ivan, I used another lawyer for three other real estate closures in the last 15 years. I wish I had found it earlier! I think buying a house is one of the most stressful transactions in my life, so I want someone to get a quick service and a knowledgeable answer. Busy as I am, my client has time and answers right away.
When I go to the closing party, I look up and respect the other person in his field. He was at the top of the industry, pointing out various things that the seller's lawyer didn't know.

Ivan is a great lawyer to use when buying real estate in Chicago. My real estate agent said that I could use whatever lawyer I wanted, but if I wanted to go as smoothly as possible, I said that I should use it. The first time a house buyer bought property owned by a bank followed her advice...I'm glad I did that. During the closing session, I only met Ivan, but his assistant, Stephanie, was within constant reach from the time I first called him up to the day of the closing. As I predicted, buying real estate from a bank would be a difficult thing, and I would have ended otherwise for Ivan. Not only did he take care of every detail but he explained it to me in layman's terms. Ivan took a little time, but cleared everything and saved me thousands of dollars over his modest reward. I highly recommend Ivan and plan to use him the next time I buy it.

Wow! Ivan could not believe it. He was very thorough, explained all the forms and words in layman's words, and made the whole process easy to understand. He was very professional, but he was kind to personality and very strong in protecting us as a customer. I will use Ivan for future legal needs!
