Since I have a J visa, I asked some immigration agencies for help. Most other people have already charged fees just to tell the lawyer our situation. I don't know until I talk to someone who knows how to turn J's visa into a green card.

When I called Meselsmith's law firm, their Paralegal Jen already knew the procedure and outlined my procedure. There was no hesitation! Not only did the J-Weber help you to release the Green Card, but when you submitted a green card application in January, you received the license and the actual green card in April.

If you need help with immigration or visa, I recommend that you contact. Based on our recommendation, two friends already have a green card, and the other one completed her biological measurement standards!

Mr. Messel Smith and his paralegal Gen are amazing! They have knowledge of immigration laws and have access to the latest information. Working in this company feels more like a partnership than a deal. They will continue to be our immigrant company.

Mr. Messersmith was a learned man. He listed all our options for my immigration procedure. He was patient and helpful. Even his Paralegal Jen was very careful and helpful when I asked about them on the first phone. Prices are realistic and absolutely affordable. I'm very glad to go to Peter Messersmith.

My EB1A green card was delivered and approved by this company. Peter and his assistant Gen were useful and accessible. Gen is a sweet person and calls. Peter is busy, but responds very quickly to emails. I applied for a permanent residence of EB1A. In other words, I needed many letters and evidence that I was an "alien with extraordinary powers." Peter was very helpful in informing me what was necessary to give me examples and examples that would help me to put my letters together. I wrote most of the letters I wrote myself, but I think it's only natural that law firms can't write details about a particular field. I felt very stressed in the whole process and worried about my chance. As we immigrants know, our work, family and life depend on the legal status of this country. Both Peter and Jane were relieved and calmed me down. I think he is a good lawyer and a good person, but the green card process itself is boring, time-consuming, expensive, and USCIS is unpredictable, so Peter/Jen cannot guarantee anything. It's easy to get angry with lawyers, but the actual delay is due to procedures and the adjudication system. Therefore, you can patiently study yourself and work hard to create documents and documents.

I had Peter Messersmith apply for my green card and head. I don't recommend him.

I am a research member of Postdoc and applied for my card through the NIW EB2 category. Peter simultaneously files both I-140 and I-485, not giving pros and cons. In my research, I found that if you change your status or work, it is not recommended to submit I-485. USCIS is likely to request additional evidence (RFE) if the job is modified. And when there is an RFE, Peter automatically charges an additional $500. It's cheap for him. I didn't say that I could track the progress of the application on line using the receipt number, so I later checked it myself.

Read the contract carefully between the lawyer and the client. Don't be deceived by his price. Initially it sounds cheap to estimate 5,000 dollars, but the USCIS fee of $1650 (both I-140 and I-485) and the office fee of $250 are not included.  It ended up being higher than any other lawyer.

You must prepare all the documents for yourself. Peter did not help me at all. He sends you some examples, but they aren't very useful. For example, it was necessary to write a letter of recommendation and have the experts on the scene sign it. Peter sent me a sample of the letter of recommendation, but they were for journalists and industry consultants, completely unrelated to science, and not helping. Other lawyers will actually write you a recommendation. You can get in touch with the referee just by reading the certificate.

Peter did not know any courtesy to call me after I paid him. Whenever you call them, they always talk to their paralegal. and she always says that he is busy, and that if she wants to talk to him she should call him back. He never spoke to him in the meantime until he was asked to call him on the last day. We only contacted by email. He replies to the email immediately when he pays. After payment, it is common to take 24-48 hours to reply. He sometimes skips your questions and answers vaguely. The specific points you ask are not supported.

I had to switch the status twice while my application was on hold when he did not reply to the question after me. First, the RFE occurred when the F1 visa was switched to the H1 visa (this is my guess. There is no way to know why USCIS wants RFE). After submitting the material to the RFE, you will be notified that you have a reply 60 days after USCIS. During the 60-day period, Peter offered another job, and Peter suggested that he apply for an instant EAD. He said it would cost between two weeks and 1,000 dollars instead of applying for a new H1 visa for three to four months. I thought I could hire him sooner, so $1,000 was worth it. I paid 1,000 dollars, received a notice two weeks ago and accepted a new job offer. But four weeks after submitting the EAD paper to Peter (three weeks after receiving it from USCIS), there was no news yet, and I was out of work. I started to ask Peter, and he said that the sign "~" was approximate and that he could not control when USCIS adjusted the case. And he asked USCIS to give me my head or my green card early, and USCIS approved my green card a week ago, but he just knew it. I don't know if my green card was approved or not, but I wasted $1,000 on the EAD and got a month's salary in response to Peter's urgent request to submit the EAD. Since the 60-day RFE period had not yet been one month old, I just waited until the deadline for the green card application to be approved. Perhaps his advice to apply for reading was economically motivated. I don't know. I was able to continue my previous work until I485 was recognized, but his clarity and uncertainty about how he worked confused my life. The entire

process took more than a year. I was thankful for my ransom, but I had to have a big financial and emotional cost. We do not recommend working with Messersmith Law Form. We also encourage other lawyers to find other lawyers that can help you improve customer service.

I hired this law firm to process the NIW application. I'm a young scientist from Russia, but he helped me a lot in applying. We applied for it in a very smooth process. Peter did a great job, he was the best! If you have doubts, throw your doubts away and hire them! ! He does everything he can! He's just the best! !!

Update: Last received a personal answer  I want to thank them for their communication finally. They promised to send the documents on Monday the following week, and received the following day (they wrote out without knowing).  I still ask for materials before using this company.

Previous Experience:

Without elaborating, I am a little dissatisfied with multiple requests for information about the services they have refunded.  I know it slowly and I don't.  I don't understand the reaction at all.  Review reference information before committing.

Zero Messersmith Law rating. They ruined my life. They don't care about their customers and don't care about the impact of negligence on their customers' lives. It is a machine that eats money, and as long as you continue to eat, you are happy. I went to ask him for a green card. He said he was sure that he could get green cards in both EB1 and EB2 categories. I was consulted with Peter for a fee, and thought it was the way to buy a green card. During this consultation he answered vaguely throughout the process. But I knew nothing about immigration law myself, so I signed him as a lawyer for the petition of EB1A. As soon as he got the money from me, he sent me a file with an example of a recommendation and a list of documents. However, most of the nominations were not related to my work field. Peter gave me no guidance as to how to write such letters of recommendation, and what letters might increase the chances of my petition being accepted. He didn't write me a letter of recommendation. In most cases, he gave a sentence or offered a word of recommendation. Once he paid, he paid little attention to my affair. He didn't clearly tell me what documents I needed. I submitted all the documents by email. But I printed it all and asked him to send it. He told me that he would charge me $300 after this case is over. But he immediately charged me 300 dollars. I have been to the post office several times because of Peter's mistake. The worst thing was that he had openly refused to give me copies for my own case! He didn't tell me the documents to submit to USCIS on my behalf. I received the RFE of my case and asked Peter to copy the documents he had submitted. He still refused to give me a copy of the writing. But he reluctantly gave me the password-protected file he submitted before receiving the RFE. This gave me a list of some of the important papers which pointed out the significance of my work (book chapters, meeting presentations, letters from the JBC Editor, etc.), and of which Peter said that it would do harm to my case. When I brought these problems to this notice, he didn't even know how to apologize for his mistake. His Para Regal Gen also made some mistakes in the form of important I-140 and I-485. She just copied and pasted the information I gave her. But she didn't do it correctly. After receiving the RFE, I wanted to discuss the writing and the documents with Peter before he submitted it. But Peter submitted it without my knowledge, and I don't know how long he had handed it out to USCIS for me, and how he presented my case. My green card was finally rejected. But he did not care much, and he continued to insist that he had done all he could to win my case (whatever I had said before). Now my green card is denied and I know that appeal is not the best choice. The money has run out. I ended up paying nearly 7,000 dollars to Peter (I pleaded myself). So I'm broke and I don't have any money to refile. I have to leave the country and post-doc jobs at prestigious universities two weeks later. Peter is not interested in your case. He will try to persuade you to sign with him. He persuades you to continue to pay for all the convenient services that are not on the contract. For example, if I applied for a work permit on my I-485 application, he asked me to pay $500. Note: If you do it yourself, you don't need to pay a cent to apply for a work permit based on the pending I-485 application. A single-page document is very easy to write. I filled out this myself and was approved. I don't want anyone to experience the hell I've experienced for a year. Therefore, you should apply to a lawyer who is trusted and close to where you live. I live in DC and Peter is based in Chicago. When I asked for a copy of the cover, Peter said he would not give me one, and asked me to come to Chicago if I wanted to. You should also back up your application in case it is not processed for any reason. I don't want anyone to be in my place. Legally, I lived in the United States as a responsible citizen for more than 12 years, and after I earned my Ph.D. as a graduate student at Scam Count Laud, I was ordered to pack and leave the country for two weeks.
