** This revision concerns the short-term sales adjustment department of ATGF. **

I am a real estate agent with experience of helping buyers and sellers to operate through the short-term sales process.  My seller opposes my recommendation and selects a short-term trading lawyer/negotiator at one stroke, but instead went with a regular real estate lawyer (a person who was good at working together) and then a short-term trading coordinator with ATGF.  The coordinator had to be taught many times to keep us up to date, and when she answered, it was a single sentence that didn't contain legitimate or updated information.  Through this process, she gave no advice on how we should position the seller to give us the best opportunity to get approval.  When the seller's bank completely rejected, our coordinator had no place to answer the question why it was rejected.  I found that my seller (investor) was rejected because the seller (classified as an investor) was paying the mortgage. The seller is a major misunderstanding that about 70% of sellers have to delay the payment of their mortgage in order to avoid missing the payment of the buyer.  Don't forget that my seller has been unemployed for a year, no unemployment, no retirement or savings, the home's value is more than 100KB cheaper than the rent.  We knew that there was no guarantee other than the person in charge, and fully admitted that our particular bank wanted to pay the delinquent charge, and did not inform anyone until they refused.  After being rejected, when we cancel our file, she immediately felt like moving to something else, and fired the client by email from the boss to the pending email and extremely important information.

ATGF and the Sales Adjustment Department have excellent people, but they don't recommend them to anyone.

It's a very bad experience. First, I finished five hours. All issues are addressed by not preparing for a transaction in advance. So the market dried up until the close and the bank funded the next day. And when it comes to check-taking, the accounting department doesn't know exactly what it's doing, and it cuts the check out to the wrong person. At first, after requesting to correct the check, the amount is correct and the name is incorrect. If you are looking for a trading title company, please don't go near this company. pray for good luck
