About

Tom Nash worked as an employee lawyer for a judge of the Social Security Bureau's Administrative Law and started to enact the Act for Persons with Physical Disabilities. In this position, he gained insider's view on the exceptional social security system, including his own regulations, legal procedures, and his own control over the judges on the disabled. Tom also witnessed too many people who could not receive disability benefits if they could not work on physical or mental health problems. I've decided to work on the side of people who need help! In 1989, he opened his own law office, using the viewpoint of the inside of social security, by supporting customers' profit-making, people's claims for profit and appeals after rejection. "I turn my rejection into approval," Tom smiles.

I met Mr. Nash about my husband.  Although not very relevant to the kind of law Mr. Nash is doing at work, he met me, discussed my husband's claims, and asked the appropriate questions.  Mr. Nash did not take me unnecessarily so that I wasted his time too much, when he felt that his time was too valuable, personally, and could not help (and not be paid).  He was patient, kind, and intelligent.  By the time our meeting was over, he introduced the two lawyers and contacted me.

Thanks, Nash!  Family and friends who are not happy with their disability status are always taken to the office.  :)

I have been fighting for many years for the benefit. I suffer from various diseases such as degeneration of fibromyalgia, disk disease, spine stimulants, three cervical disk herniation, and one lower-back fusion.
I don't think that you have enough time to treat them. Most of the medical records I submitted and bought myself, when I met my lawyer two weeks before my hearing date, he was a very compassionate person, but I felt that I didn't have enough time to get all the information I needed to hear.
I have kept in touch with this office for weeks. Communication may be a pain. If a re-file is required, it is not used for re-file.

These people don't answer the phone! ! I think their office is very chaotic.  Lose your fax and send email at the wrong deadline! They may have caused my case.

2017 Back on March 10, I met a wonderful woman, Demitra, who leads the team that incorporates Nash Disability Law. She was very kind and took up all the information I gave her.  She opened a case in the SS office for me and provided me with a website to get my re-entry number and the rest of the information.  "Send me a summary before you click on send." A week later, he sent me a worksheet that gave me all the information about his doctor and hospital, and sent me back the information. I have completed the worksheet and completed the on line application (and I have just saved it, not submitted it according to their instructions).  I emailed everything in June.

SS is very slow, so it is said to take four to six months.

Suddenly, in September, I received an email saying that I had to apply! The same message is received from a woman named Sarah, and they tell us whether they need help! What? Then why did you send the worksheet and summary?  I called them and asked them what was going on and they said they didn't receive my parcel. He said he would not be worried because he would complete everything until October 8.  I offered to send the documents in their office. They said they didn't worry, simply fax the worksheet and the summary.  So on the same day, I sent a fax to my document.

I continued checking my Social Security page and did not see any updates. The deadline for October 8th is coming, nothing!

10 6 (two days before the deadline)  I called again to see what was going on. What is it? New woman, Caitlin.  (A very kind person) The Ministry of Social Security closed my file because the application was not fully submitted!  The deadline given to me for October 8 was wrong! The deadline was actually somewhere in September!

Wow!

I have been told that I need to apply again.  Caitlin says that he will again do the case for me, I will email my papers directly to her and she will submit all the papers for me. So on the same day, I sent her a completed document attached to the email.  Up until now, I sent a set by email, a set by fax, and now by email.

For the past two weeks, I have been on the Social Security page to find out if the incident occurred and to do nothing.  I sent an email to Caitlin and left some messages asking her to confirm at least that I had received my email and documents. Nothing!

I still call today to ask for follow-up, and a woman named Summer is the first one to be put up with because the Social Security Bureau is working, and it takes time! !!

Web does not even show that the site caused the incident.  She said she didn't have the information. And when she first wanted me to call her, she would speak up to me in a bold way. It's my fault!

I say I didn't intend to argue with her.  I continued to tell her that I did not ask her the situation regarding the submission of the first document. I'm just trying to see if new things are coming. Two weeks later, the company hasn't done anything yet. She continued to tell me, yes, they had submitted. Finally she sent me to Caitlin's answering machine and I left a message again to Caitlin. I'm still waiting for an answer.

But what do you think? Two minutes later, boiler! On my Social Security page, I think they have finally started a new case on TODAY.  Not yet complete. The information page that you sent to the worksheet is empty.  Now I have to see how long it takes someone to call me and how long it takes for the application to actually complete and send!

It's so bad, it's stressful!

They may have devoted themselves to my appeal.  I had two surgeries a year ago, but when we appeared at the hearing, they didn't have medical records.  Even the judge appealed to the lawyer for being irresponsible and not giving me a quality label.  It took them more than a year to record.  I called them every time something new happened.  But they demanded a record 30 days before the hearing.  The only reason I gave me two stars is because my lawyer is kind, but I think the whole place has paid my court costs.  They rarely make calls.  They seem to be interested only in poor quality.  I am waiting for a decision now. If you lose, you get mad.  Since the main information was incompetent, he did not attend the hearing. I am desperately waiting for it. Because we can't afford to get the help to get the treatment we need.

Update:  Don't use this law firm! !  They were unable to prepare for my case and, after I heard them, lost, they drove my case to a great failure.  If I don't appeal, they are lucky.  If you want a way to get a disability, I strongly recommend not to use this law firm.  I have recorded to the judge that I have incorporated new things into my misrepresentation. That will show their bad.  And when I spoke to the lawyer in a very upset way, they shook me off.  They didn't care much.  Use at risk.  Now you need to find a new lawyer It is desirable to sue the Nash while they are there.

Everyone who spoke under the Nash Disability Act was very kind, but I felt that most of the documents submitted for the Social Security Review and Acceptance seemed to be what I wrote. I was in charge of the disability department. (Frankly speaking, this is a relationship with my (previous) profession, rather than a lack of work in the Nash Disability Law Team)
SSDI's application has been accepted, the relationship with the Nash Disability Law has ended and I can't deal with anything.  Example: You are notified that some of the SSDI are Medicare. My knowledge and understanding of Medicare came from commercials.  I sent an email to Nash, but I received......
The Nash Disability Law may have approached me to become a SSDI, but now I'm driven into a more complex government organization. If the Nash team had someone who could go to follow-up questions, I would really like it.

I think the Nash Disability Law is the best! 40 years ago, Tom Nash was injured and physically disabled, and at the time, Tom Nash received me a back-pay of more than five years from a social security disability! With such expertise, they are the best social security disability law firm in the Greater Chicago Land region! And you can't beat the fans of Black Sox, Bears, Cubs and White Sox. You've been refused to receive social security benefits now! I've saved my life......

I have worked with Nash on an incident in which I represent another person. After three years of hard, long-standing rejection, denial and appeal, we were approved. We could not have gained through this without our lawyer Joti. She was kind, helpful, and contacted us through hearing.

I've done several things to find out who is assigned to and who is the case manager, because of the general nature of the subject. Social security takes a long time, and Pararegal finds a new job. It is worth seeing them.

I have worked with a lawyer before.

Before you promise, do a survey of your company. SSD is a long and boring process. Experience four levels: Know who the judge will be. Ask questions about the success rate with your partner. If you are lucky enough to win, above all. You are lucky. If denied, the law firm expects you to advance to the fourth level. It may take a few years (4 years) to finally be rejected or approved. You need a lot of patience. The law office will move to another case. Tom Nash himself sent me a malicious email when he decided not to pursue any further cases! Leave this company! !!!!!

I was very disappointed.  Its name is Nash DISABILITY Law.  I called to hire them on the Social Security SSI issue dealing with special needs trust and SSI.  "I'm sorry, we don't respond. Just get qualified for medical care."  PPpppst  Nash, you are a social security problem.  You let me know that you are the answer.  Shame!

This company is the worst I have ever imagined. Dont Answer call will not give any help as long as they care if they have money not to help their customers. There are too many clients, so there is no interaction. Don't use this service! !!!!!

I came to ask her for a social security benefit from her ex-husband, but she said it was impossible, and I know that.

Two or three years have passed since I was involved in business with another company, including A, and my son's case has been lost. I was introduced by a friend of Nash's lawyer.  My son couldn't go to the office.  Everything was done on the phone and he won easily and quickly.  I should've been with you many years ago.  I would rather be later than before.  If you need a social security lawyer...... Nash or Bernon! !

The only reason this organization won one star is because I actually won my case. However, I feel quite confident that if I deal with it myself, the same results will occur. My "lawyer" did it simply by compiling my medical records, and I could easily get it myself. She also said to me, 4 years old, that it might be a "special need", and in my discussions, she managed to make a nasty remark to my 4 year old child. I hired a lawyer because it seemed like you should do it. I feel that I was deceived. I don't think I earned thousands of dollars when she was paid. When I left the court on Nov. 20, the judge accepted my petition on the spot. (with good medical records) My "lawyer" spoke little). Amy (lawyer), the money is "Oh, a little after the beginning of the year." "Congratulations," wearing expensive heels, a barberry coat, and away from me as hard as I could. I found that my case was processed on December 24th and then 60th entered the payment center and sent my payment. Since the first year? It is highly likely that it will be at the end of February. I was in great trouble, I was given false information, and I was disappointed. Thank you for taking the money Amy paid so thank you for running it. The moment I was approved, your work didn't end. It was your duty to explain the process and to get an understanding of what would happen next. Instead, I had a general quick revocation, as if I wasn't worth her tremendous time.
