I must warn everyone that this lawyer's ethics are lacking. This lawyer appears to be a kind, reliable man, but he doesn't do his homework, nor is he prepared to protect you or your interests. When my father's house's real estate was closed, he showed in the documents that he actually did not have when it was closed. I begged him to keep his promise and close his property, and after he had distributed his property, he made a serious error in his calculations, and his error and his miscalculation, of my share in the papers, suffered as an executioner. This made me see twice that he did not do the preparatory homework, and was not worthy to pay enough. I had to send him letters, emails, and calls constantly to get an answer to my worries. He finally replied, promised me, promised to come back to me by a certain date and time, and did not keep his promise. He sent a letter acknowledging his mistake and promised me a quarter of my loss, but three months after his mistake and promise he would not contact me, and he would not give me a good faith in his decision. Don't trust him, tell another fact, and don't get ready properly and solve your concerns. Now we know why his license to the law was suspended for fraud. I should've investigated him before I hired him. See: "Mr. Brooks got his license in 1983 and was suspended for a year. In relation to real estate transactions, we urged the transfer of illicit property and caused financial losses to both clients and lenders."
