Obviously Michael J. Dudek still concludes video evidence of the Chicago police report.
Deck said, "I don't think the police will write tickets if there is no violation."
Since I moved to Elmosa, I have received fake tickets only in my neighborhood. They were laid off.

Michael J. Dhadek was a Justice of the Administrative Law who was ordered to conduct an examination and decision on parking violations I discussed (Administrative Law Judge is basically a lawyer, who judges and decides on traffic and parking violations for those living.) No parking violations occurred at all, and it became as clear as Michael's re-examination in the evidence I presented. This was evidently a case of Chicago ruffians, I had all the evidence (in the picture) that there was no violation, and the City of Chicago did not have to prove it. Nevertheless, Michael reviewed the evidence I had submitted and decided that there was a violation. The logical person who examined the evidence I submitted clearly shows that there was no violation. Now, to sue this foolish resolution, I would have to go directly to the Cook County Circuit Court and pay the state-mandated fees to bring civil suits to Chicago. Who did that! ?This is due to Michael J. Dadex's foolish resolution. In short, this man cannot be trusted as a lawyer.
