Our Condominium Association Committee has been using KSN for a few issues over the last 10 years, so we are always happy. KSN was introduced through management and connected management, but we know that it is a large company that can be used by any company.

If you have a long-standing delinquency problem, you must have a strong legal partner. I recommend them to any apartment building with peace of mind.

I had a conference call with one of their lawyers, and I was able to discuss various topics without charge before hiring them. because they are easy to cover the board.

Terrible. Our meeting was using them and received many wrong advice. They are now trying to dismantle us. Because this is their bread and butter. Their advice usually believes that the lawsuit cannot be challenged in court. For example, they argue that it is perfectly legal to pay extra money to vote in favor of the sales of Chapter 15 (mass sales of the entire building), and to win the 75% votes you want. They also asked us for a phone call that will correct the wrong advice they had previously taught us.
The retainer demanded what he should guarantee.
If you want to hire this company, you'd better stay away. Otherwise, they can stand in court according to their advice.

I'm the owner of the apartment, but these lawyers represent my management company and organization. I have no choice but to communicate my problems and concerns through this lawyer, but I am not sure they will pass my opinion to the committee. The lawyer who talks with me is very rude and does not even allow me to schedule a hearing with the Board of Directors. Keep in mind that you are paying dues every month and you are entitled to be heard from the board that ultimately decides what happens in my apartment. I have kept this apartment for nine years, and this is the first request for a public hearing. I don't have an excessive owner, I just want you to solve a problem. I misunderstand and believe that there is a fraudulent relationship between these lawyers and the management company. I strongly recommend hiring this company.

Our condominium association used this company to charge the property tax. This should have been a really positive process.  However, we received a nickel from this man and a dime. They do their best to make a claim or claim, but they still have no results. Communication is different from professionalism.  Be careful when looking for results.  It is said that they are still waiting.  Then you get the next invoice.  I think they're a bunch of boobs.   At last I went to the County Accounting Office and got the answer I had been waiting for.  Of the six lawyers who received the bill, I have no confidence.  
Don't trust anything.  I think 100% impossible.

Short stories.  Communication is not professional, it is terrible. Lawyers must come from the lowest-level school of rejection. Of course, their bill is incredibly embedded.  They aren't lawyers, they are debtors.  Those who work there don't actually know the laws they should do.
I waited in court for the lawyer to appear for an hour and a half. because she was in a hurry to compile a list of cases and legal fees (for the work they had not done).  Be smart, look, pay a little more money to a competent lawyer.

This law firm is only relevant to the billable hours. The billable time is doubtful.  I found many differences between their claims and the phone and email records left in my records.  They don't care enough to want $$$ for their clients.  Watch out!

From the evaluation of one other star, I am not alone in knowing what kind of Inqian villain this law firm is. I'm really scared to report to ARDC. They will partner with Associa to charge a price that is ridiculously high for the owner of the association.

If you don't deal with them after you've had financial difficulties...Our HOA is $185 per year. The evaluation was delayed by two months and we paid them over 900 dollars. The Palaregals I've dealt with are obviously the miserable ones who embark on other people's battles. I wonder why I need it in the middle of a call, but if someone is trying to pay off my debt, I don't need to use b**** without any reason. There are many collection companies that don't deal with people like s***. Do business elsewhere.

He is a professional incompetent lawyer who repeatedly torments the same residents in many HOA, and suffers the same residents with fabricated debts.  Once the elderly with fake collection that forces the possession of the site, once forced by the HOA or management, these units are rented to gain personal benefits, and the KSN advises the board how to keep it as long as possible. I have proof.

KSN Attorney does not even know how to make a basic recovery in accordance with the Fair Debt Legislation or procedure rules, but does not know how to charge a high fee for a wasteful service.

KSN is a  a case filed with federal and assiduous courts for fraud or breach of mandates. Board and Conspiracy  Fraud collection. It is also called blackmail. There are many examples. I'm a number of organizations represented by KSN lawyers and I'm keeping the same predatory, non-professional practices.

KSN Stay away from lawyers and find professional and educated legal advisors.

My wife and I hired Cowitz Siflin Nesbit in 2014 to leave a tenant in Chicago who had not paid their rent for six months. We worked with Wendy Durbin, a company eviction expert.
The main problem I worked with Mr. Darvin was the quality of her legal advice and the second problem with her was her poor communication ability. The former, after Mr. Darvin led my wife and started the eviction process, I think we should not contact the tenant at all. But we had no bad relationship with the tenant, and there was no problem before we reached them. Still, we heard her advice and declined to contact the tenant. This became a big problem. Cook County is very slow to process evictions (it takes six months to process evictions), and in my experience, it was worth communicating with tenants. Mr. Darvin's advice seemed unfounded and somewhat paranoid, so I asked another opinion of an experienced real estate lawyer. They advised me that I could contact the tenant, and I said that I only knew the laws surrounding the contact with the landlord of the tenant. After working with this clerk for a couple of weeks and encouraging them to find a new place to live, they started on their own. When my wife and I kept listening to Mr. Darvin, we kept living in the motel, but these lazy people ruined us. The latter problem - how to communicate a lawyer - I found that she was a terrible communicator. Chiefly, she was rude and very humble. I have a master's degree and a little wise. While I was working in this company, the lawyer spoke to me as if I were a complete fool. I was concentrating on solving our problems, but I realized that this is one of the most horrific and tasteless experts I've ever been in contact with.

I must say that my lawyer's assistant was very kind. She seemed to know the difficulty of working in the company and worked hard to become a personality and rational partner in the difficult legal process we experienced. When she went out all the way to be kind to us, she was so kind that her boss told her, "I'm going to be beaten on the wrist." I found the cultural features of this company's relationship and found certain signs that I would never work with them again and would not recommend them to others.

If you leave a negative star, I will do so. Reason: Poor performance, bad communication practices, lack respect for others.

That's terrible...... To summarize this law, I had to restore my building HOA. I noticed that I was acting for another organization in the current gate community, so I contacted you. I was told that it was not a problem to submit the documents to the Secretary of State, and I was asked to send a copy of the building declaration I had made. It said it would cost $1,000 to provide services and $1,000 to provide other services. At first, I thought that the retainers were a little higher, but they were representatives of other unions, so I thought it would be best to go with them. So I asked to keep the service......I haven't heard from him for three days. After talking to other residents who are familiar with this law firm, I was told "I must continue their work." When the lawyer contacted me, he sent me an email that I had to email if I wanted his service. I may be the only one, but if I ask you to keep your service, I think it would be better to call after three days of waiting. They only charged me 69 and 200 dollars for an annual representative because they contacted another company and helped me very timely. Time is the key to essential communication in achieving business! You don't have to ask anyone to do the work you want to pay for!

We knew that the new union of new development apartments needed legal advice on many issues.  We saw a variety of companies and received a lot of recommendations, but what sold us at KSN was a huge library of on line resources and a monthly retainer plan at a very affordable price.  Six years ago, we are very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of the services we received from this company.  

He is always very agile because they have a lawyer assigned to our association, and we deal with the same person as the other.   I'm a contact for the Board of Directors (because I was asked for a contact and I was also assigned to a lawyer)  I don't think I didn't have to wait 24 hours for the answer to the question. Even if I receive an email reply immediately saying that my lawyer is away, I often get a reply in an hour or so.  

If you have any trials or new laws that we should know, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.  In such situations, not only an outline of the changes, but also proposed rules and solutions that should be considered accordingly are sent.    These are all covered by monthly retainers.  

We strongly recommend this company and its retainers' plans to any condominium union.

Evictions are a very stressful and difficult process for landlords.  Fortunately, Julie Jacobson and Wendy Derbin guided me.  I am very grateful to them. Not only because I was ordered to possess and rule, but also because these wonderful lawyers took a real humanitarian approach with me.   Without their kindness, kindness, and kindness to me, I could not get through this terrible time.  They took care of me as a person, but not as another eviction case that other lawyers have, but as another person.  Julie and Wendy were stand-out, and all the landlords in my station were fortunately brought on their side!
