I was very disappointed and disappointed that my husband and I have twice been involved in the procedures for immigration and green cards and that the ability of the people who work here is completely lacking.

My husband and I go to the Fragment because his company asked us. During the first meeting, the lawyer and her assistant gave us advice on the process, and then sent us a long list of tax documents, birth certificates, and other requirements for tracking. and sent a document to Flagmon's lawyer for a review. At that time, we were told that everything was in order. But I was skeptical because my on line survey pointed out that additional material was needed. In particular, when I was asked by my lawyer to bring together a photo book of our lives, I was worried because I read that each photo was worthy of expectations. I asked many times about these items, and every time, Fragmon's lawyer convinced us that we had exactly what we needed. I was told that I needed additional documents and individual photos that I asked, so I took them as a back-up.

I was surprised that the lawyer did not contact me for about three weeks after the interview. Then she asked if she needed her help to send additional documents that she had missed in the interview. I turned down her help for the thought that it was not worth it at all. I put the rest of the papers together and sent them out successfully. Your application has been approved.

When updating my husband's application, his company suggested that we use Fragomen again. I thought it was a waste of time, so I was very opposed to it. After more than eight months of waiting from the first submission, we found that we also lost the documents. To be clear, this was realized once again after Mr. Flagmon reviewed all the papers and claimed he had obtained what he needed. I'll go on line and finally assemble the documents myself.

As far as I know, fragments are complicated with pure incompetence. If we dealt with it ourselves, the documents would be processed earlier and we would not have to pay wasteful aid.
